Our classes and schedule are designed for all fitness levels, all ages, and body types. In just three classes, you will begin to feel and see results. A longer, stronger, leaner you awaits.
You must prepay and sign up for class in advance! Remember your closed-toe grip socks too!
M⭑L reserves the right to cancel and/or consolidate a class 3 hours prior to the timeslot if only one person or if no one is signed up.
!! Class packs are valid for 30 days. NO EXCEPTIONS. NO EXTENSIONS !!

LATE CANCELATION POLICY
Last minute late cancels are reflected in three hour window prior to the class. Cancelations within this timeframe will result in:
LOSS OF CLASS CREDIT ($20) + $10 fee = $30
