It all Started With “I’ll Give it a Try”

Getting and staying fit is a challenge. At Method Lagree, our goal is to put the fun back in fitness. What we offer is a fast and efficient workout for our members. A 50 minute class (40 if you’re on a lunch rush) will work all your muscle groups. The Lagree Method on the megaformer is the only form of exercise that can make this claim. Our goal isn’t to just give you the best workout experience, but to also create a community of strong humans. #FastEfficientFun

THE MEGA

The Megaformer is a patented machine by Sebastian Lagree that uses a system of springs and pullies designed to work your entire body.

THE FIRST CLASS

The Lagree Method was created for men and women of all ages and abilities. Classes are small, the goal: progressive muscle exhaustion and a total body workout. Our instructors are Lagree certified and will give you hands on help and motivation. Your first class is like learning the tango while speaking french! However, we offer Meet the Mega classes so you can learn the language and the dance.

THE METHOD

A high intensity, no impact workout; the method combines resistance, endurance, core, and cardio that builds strength, flexibility, and balance. The Lagree Method focuses on slow and controlled movement while under constant tension. One class will effectively target all muscle groups.

 

Before your first mega, remember:

  • Clients must sign the waiver and release prior to participating. Payment is REQUIRED prior to signing up for a class.

  • Bring water, you’ll be thirsty. Bring a towel, you’ll be sweaty!

  • Tread/grip socks are not required but are recommended. Don’t have any? Don’t worry!

  • Clients are responsible for wiping/cleaning their machine after each use, wipes are provided.

  • Please do not check your phone or smartwatch during class. It is distracting and poor studio conduct. You’re here to sweat, not to text!
    (Unless it’s an emergency)
